MyJapanTrade provides its service to our customers subject to the following Terms of Condition, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice.
In order to proceed the services successfully, buyers must pay for all relevant cost. (For example: domestic shipping, overseas shipping, bank transaction fee, our service fee, tariffs, etc)
On auction services, any cancellation, returns and claim after successful bids will not be accepted.
On internet shipping services, any cancellation, returns and claim after purchasing by proxy on online shop will not be accepted.
Definition
MEMBER – refers to individuals that acknowledged the Terms and Conditions that has registered as a member in MyJapanTrade.
WE – refers to MyJapanTrade hereinafter referred to as “we”
SELLER – refers to the Seller of Yahoo Japan Auction sellers or sellers from different internet shopping website base from Japan.
BUYER – refers to the individual that purchase commodity/commodities in MyJapanTrade website from the seller.
SERVICE – refers to the transaction service of MyJapanTrade provide for customers.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – refers to the Terms & Conditions and Cautionary Notes while using before and after this website.
Member Registration
Members accepted to the Terms and Conditions of MyJapanTrade are bound on the completion of the required registration process, whom he/she must complete the registration himself/herself.
Registration on behalf is not permitted.
User ID & Account Management
Members are responsible to safeguard and manage their user ID and password themselves and change periodically for safety purpose. We will not be liable or responsible upon any loss sustained from fraudulent or illegal use of someone else ’s user ID and password.
Members are NOT allowed to transfer or lend their account for third party benefit or any advantage of using MyJapanTrade.Com
Prohibitions
With our service, the following acts are prohibited:
Violation of laws and regulations, Terms & Conditions, or Cautionary Notes; Infringement of our rights, good name, or of the sellers or any third party, Actions that could possibly harm to the body and mind of adolescents or violate public morals; Actions that impending other users or any third party or actions those are offensive.

Suspension & Disqualification of Membership
MyJapanTrade retain the right to suspend/detain your membership as well as disqualify you without prior notice if any of the following apply.
We will NOT be liable for any loss incurred following suspension:

Password wrongly inputted simultaneously *(for members personal protection)

Article Modification
We retain the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at will. In addition, we have the authority to add complementary Terms and Conditions *(hereinafter referred to as “Complements”). Amendments to these Terms and Conditions and complement s shall take immediate effect as indicated on the website.
Members MUST abide to the latest Terms and Conditions thereupon.
Payment
MyJapanTrade accepts payment by credit card, PayPal and local bank transfer.
MyJapanTrade do not accept any installments payment.
Buyers have to bear for the Paypal charge (5%) – charged per Paypal payment.
Shipping
MyJapanTrade chooses EMS to send the item to Buyers if there is no request specified by Buyers.
Buyers are responsible for selecting shipping method if they wish to choose another method other than EMS. Also, Buyers need to notify if they wish to buy insurance on the shipping item.
MyJapanTrade cannot guarantee the specific date of shipping arrival. Buyers will be contacted once the items have been arrived.
MyJapanTrade do not compensate the damage, stolen, lost on international shipping.
