6. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
- Please go to My Account to terminate you membership.

7. TRADING IN MYJAPANTRADE ONLINE TRADING'S WEBSITE
a. BUYER
- BUYER – refers to the individual that purchase commodity/commodities in MyJapanTrade website from the seller.
b. SELLER
- SELLER – refers to the individual that sells commodity/commodities in MyJapanTrade website to the buyer.

- We cannot guarantee accuracy, reliability, truthfulness, usefulness and legality of information about the sellers.
- The Transaction involved
- The Products sold
- The Service and Information on the commodity's website
- As well as the Personal Information of the Sellers
- And whether they infringe the rights of third party.
b. CUSTOMER LOSSES
- We will NOT be liable under any circumstances to member or anyone else for any loss incurred during system interruption, delay, data loss or loss caused by any illegal data access, as well as any loss caused by other services provided by this website.
c. EMAILS
- Emails that are sent out by MyJapanTrade through our server cannot be guaranteed that the e-mails are free of viruses.
d. TERMS & CONDITION VIOLATION
- We will NOT be liable for any loss or incident incurred by violation of these Terms and Conditions.
e. IMPORT DUTIES
- Some countries imposed import duties on the items that are bided through our service may not be reflected during the bidding period before and after. We will NOT be liable or responsible for the import duties chargeable by your local custom department on goods purchased through MyJapanTrade service. Please consult your local custom office for detailed informations.
f. IMPORT PERMIT/LICENSE
- Some countries require import license or permit in order to carry the authority to import commodities from oversea. Please consult your local import department for further details.
g. FRAUDULENT ISSUES
- We will NOT be liable for any fraudulent activities related with our transaction provided by MyJapanTrade. If seller does NOT send us the goods purchased on behalf even if MyJapanTrade has already paid the ending price in full, etc we will not charge member a single fee but member shall bear and pay the full 5% invoice charge and other necessary fees incurred.

10. MEMBER INFORMATION
a. MEMBER'S INFORMATION
- One's personal information are considered private and confidential for MyJapanTrade only.
- We will NOT disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent, except in following circumstances:
1. When we must abide the Laws and regulation

When it is necessary to protect our rights, good name and privileges or those of the service of the Sellers.

11. SERVICE USE

12. INTERUPTION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
- We may discontinue or amend all or part of the service without prior notice when we notice there are problems in the service operation to ensure MyJapanTrade of providing a high level of excellence service to its members.

13. SUSPENSION & DISQUALIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP
a. MyJapanTrade retain the right to suspend/detain your membership as well as disqualify you without prior notice if ANY of the following apply.
b. We will NOT be liable for any loss incurred following suspension:
- Violations of Laws and Regulations of these Terms & Conditions
- Illegal conduct when using this service
- Password wrongly inputted simultaneously *(for members personal protection)
- All other situation when we consider it necessary.

14. MEMBERSHIP DISCONTINUE
a. We reserve the right to discontinue all or part of the service in our website.

15. ARTICLE MODIFICATION
